We carefully hand-pack every My Melodys Candles order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Information

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
